Learn to skate, make new friends, burn calories & build strength!

A one-hour weekly class dedicated to the basic skating skills of stopping, falling, turning and form.
Includes off-skates strength and stretching.

Roll Out

One hour of on-skates fitness using HIIT methodology (high intensity interval training) to ensure cardio improvement and calorie burn for women over 18. We promise it'll be sweaty fun!

Skaters who have taken a Beginner session or have ROLLER DERBY SKATING experience are best suited for this class.
