A one-hour weekly class dedicated to the basic skating skills of stopping, falling, turning and form.
Includes off-skates strength and stretching.

One hour of on-skates fitness using HIIT methodology (high intensity interval training) to ensure cardio improvement and calorie burn for women over 18.

Skaters who have taken a Beginner session or have ROLLER DERBY SKATING experience are best suited for this class.
Workout based on the skills & drills of competitive women's roller derby. Continuing skaters learn and improve skating skills and participate in roller derby-style drills in a ninety-minute to two hour class
