$60 for 4 classes (that's just $10 per hour!)
Every week we'll work out both on and off skates. Derby skills like stops and spins are on the menu but without hits, falls, or committee work! Moves and skills are based on roller derby, yoga, pilates, dance, and strength-training.
What do I need?
Skates, knee pads, wrist guards, helmet. Elbow pads and mouth guards recommended. Some extras are available to borrow at first.
Women who can complete at least one lap around the rink on skates without assistance. Prospective and retired derby girls will find it a great way to keep conditioned.
